IPKIS occupies a 2800 square meter area with a production capacity of 800,000 units. We have over 300 sets of in-house mold equipment and five automatic production lines.

Our equipment includes 600T/400T thermoforming machines, 100T/200T/350T injection molding machines, 25T/45T high-precision punching presses, CNC perforation machines, laser marking machines, UV printing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, automatic fuse production lines, automatic dispensing machines, and automatic soldering machines.

Production Processes

Starting from product design and development, the PV components have undergone a series of steps. These include injection molding, thermoforming (thermo-compression molding), stamping, inspections, automatic assembly line checks, CNC perforating, laser marking, UV printing, laboratory testing, and packaging.
